Who is responsible

Information we collect

When you submit a project request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, contact details, company or artist name, service, budget range, timeline, location, project description, referral information and preferred contact method.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, request time and requested page to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

• Review and reply to project requests.
• Plan, quote and deliver requested services.
• Maintain customer and project records.
• Protect the website and prevent spam or abuse.
• Measure and improve the website when analytics consent is provided.

Service providers and transfers

The website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for secure project-request storage, Resend for lead-notification email and Google Analytics for optional audience measurement. These providers process information on our behalf and may process it outside Quebec or Canada, subject to their safeguards and terms.

Google Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand visits, interactions and successful project requests. You can reject optional analytics without affecting the website or contact form.
